This is an intermediate class however instructor will offer modifications for beginners and injury prevention.

Yoga: Blending of meditation with mindful movement. Regular participation has been found to improve agility, bone density, muscle strength and tone as well as focus. Friendly for all ages and fitness levels.
Zumba: A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Friendly for all ages and fitness levels
Zumba Toning: A cardio workout aimed at sculpting and toning the body, Zumba Toning targets specific muscles groups, working the thighs, abs, and arms. The toning sticks add resistance to the highly acclaimed Zumba workout. Good for all ages and fitness levels
