Group Fitness

Even if you’ve never tried group exercise, you will have fun, work hard, and get a terrific workout. All classes in our group fitness schedule are designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels, and are lead by caring fitness instructors who give you all the attention and support you need. These amazing programs are offered to you as a member AND are INCLUDED in your monthly fee!! Decide. Commit. Succeed. 

Group Fitness Classes are limited to 15 spaces. You MUST check in and reserve your spot at the front desk BEFORE the class begins. NO ADMITTANCE will be permitted to ANY class without first registering at front desk.
