Even if you’ve never tried group exercise, you will have fun, work hard, and get a terrific workout. All classes in our group fitness schedule are designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels, and are lead by caring fitness instructors who give you all the attention and support you need. These amazing programs are offered to you as a member AND are INCLUDED in your monthly fee!! Decide. Commit. Succeed. 

PLEASE NOTE!!!! If a class is full and you are unable to pre-reserve your spot NOT TO WORRY!!! We ensure pre-reserved spaces are limited to give us space for 10 walk-ins that are available on a first come first serve. We recommend if you do not have a space reserved arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the start of the class to check in at the front desk and secure your spot!
